I first came to CST when working as a dance artist in London. A string of injuries following a cycling accident landed me in an impromptu CST session which left me utterly intrigued. The work was potent, unlike anything I had encountered and in a strange way incredibly familiar. I knew I wanted to learn more.
I took a hiatus from dance to study at Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust, graduating in 2021. Alongside my CST practice I continue to work as a creative artist, allowing each to inform and enrich the other. I took up the role of trustee in 2024. It offers another wonderful space to gather, create and conceive new ways of deepening and sharing our work.

My interest in CST was captured after I sought help for migraines. I had walked on my toes since childhood and years of postural misalignment had caught up with me. Little did I know it was a stress response to a traumatic birth process. CST treatments led to a release of tension and some profound transformations. I quickly became hooked on the power of the body’s natural resources and the potential for self-healing and re-orienting to wholeness.
I graduated from The College of Cranio Sacral Therapy in 2014 and was PR Chair of the CSTA for seven years before becoming a trustee in 2024. I also teach Meditation, Yoga Nidra and have a degree in Chinese Medicine.

I have always been fascinated by the human body and its subtle energetic rhythms. Following a horse riding accident I found CST; this was my first encounter and unknowingly not my last. I trained with Franklyn Sills at the Karuna Institute in Dartmoor, graduating in 2020. It was a life-changing experience and I continue to be in awe of this work and its extraordinary benefits.
I am a CST tutor and became a trustee in 2024. My goal and passion is to continue to help unite the CST community, giving practitioners the space, confidence, strength and support to come together and expand the health and wellness profession.

Before my CST career I was an international opera singer. I encountered CST in 2003 on the advice of a wise singing teacher, when inexplicably I found my voice shutting down during a period of important work. CST provided a supportive, gentle and non-judgemental environment in which my body and mind could process what I was experiencing. I knew I had to find out more about this incredible therapy and graduated from Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in 2017.
A strong desire to help grow public awareness of our work led to me becoming a trustee in 2021. I am also a tutor at Cranio Circle to which I bring 20 years’ experience of teaching and mentoring.

My interest in alternative health began as a child, always drawn to the natural world and its influence on the body and mind. My CST journey began when I discovered its profound benefits in helping to sustain my health and well being amid the challenges of a hectic life as a teacher. I was inspired to train and graduated in 2012.
I became a trustee in 2025 driven by a vision of CST becoming more visible, valued and accessible within mainstream healthcare. I have a keen interest in investigating the link between concussion and dementia and how CST can support post-concussion recovery.

With a background in social work, I spent over a decade supporting individuals through significant life challenges before discovering CST. My journey began during a transformative period in my life and I was immediately drawn to its deep healing potential. I qualified in 2014 and specialise in trauma-informed care.
As a senior tutor and course leader at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapists, integrating trauma awareness and body-centered healing into my teaching. Becoming a trustee in 2024 felt like a natural extension of my commitment to this profound therapy and I am excited to help expand the reach and impact of CST.
