I am 2 minutes across the roundabout from Notcutts Garden Centre, turn left onto the Little Baldon Estate (you will see a sign that says offices to let). I work with people who are living with the after effects of stressful and traumatic experiences. My approach combines touch and body awareness to support a deeper physical presence so they can feel more comfortable in their own skin. My main experience is in working with anxiety, post-traumatic stress, panic attacks, post surgery/dental care (particularly following anaesthesia) and addiction. My training includes Somatic Trauma Therapy and Psychosexual Therapy. I have been in therapeutic practice since 2003 and also taught Craniosacral Therapy on practitioner trainings across North America, Europe and the Middle East for over a decade.
